Top was to big

The turtleneck fit well, but the actual dress the top part was too big, and even the waist I had to cinch in a lot with the belt. I know that Japanese sizes tend to be smaller than American sizes, but I went with my regular size in American sizes and it was still too big. Keep in mind that if you have small boobs that the top might be too big
